Floristry Courses, Workshops, Masterclasses and Mentoring Sessions
Please note, all payments made are strictly non refundable, please be sure you can attend before purchasing a ticket. Due to the nature of our business, we can not make exceptions.
In the unfortunate situation you are unable to attend, your place can be transferred to another person at your own doing. This action needs to be recorder with The Bloom School at least two weeks prior to the event due to personalisation of items.
In the event that government restrictions or unforeseen private matters (illness, death, acts of god etc) prevent The Bloom School from hosting the sessions, the sessions will be postponed to a later date. In the event we need to cancel entirely, attendees will receive a full refund.
Floristry Courses:
There is a minimum of 8 students needed for our Floristry Courses (Fundamentals of Floristry) to go ahead. In the event that we do not meet this minimum, all students will have the option to receive a full refund or await the announcement of a new date. If necessary a new date will be announced within 14 days of the cancellation of the course, via email. All students will be informed 1 week prior to the course starting date should this happen.
Floristry Masterclasses:
There is a minimum of 8 students needed for our Floral Mentoring sessions to go ahead. In the event that we do not meet this minimum, all students will receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation of the session. All students will be informed 1 week prior to the session starting date should this happen.
1:1 Floral Mentoring:
These sessions are for ONE person only, unless prior confirmation has been obtained by The Bloom School. Please choose your session date carefully, as these are STRICLY non-refundable under any circumstances.
All photography from the event remains the property of The Bloom School. This content can be used for your own social media channels, although all photos must tag The Bloom School. Under no circumstances can these images be used for paid advertising.
In the event that government restrictions prevent us from hosting the session, the session will be moved to a later date. If you are unable to attend due to government restrictions or border closures, you’ll receive a credit that will need to be used within 18 months of the date you cancel. Please note that government restrictions or border closures that prevent YOU from attending, is the only reason we will provide a credit note. In no other circumstances will we do this. Due to the nature of our sessions, we need to ensure a relaxed comfortable space is maintained to focus on learning, we are unable to allow additional guests to any session.
All students must wear closed in shoes, and adhere to all instructions given by the team from The Bloom School. Common sense and all care must be used at all times during our sessions, paying close attention when using tools like scissors.
