Elise Ross is the creative powerhouse and owner behind Elyssium Blooms. With 21 years experience working with flowers, she holds a wealth of knowledge and artistic skill. Starting her career as a Trainee florist, she studied Floristry at TAFE NSW, working closely with some of the best in the biz, winning awards and competitions throughout the field.

She puts her heart and soul into executing every floral brief and making dreams come true for her clients.

When she is not working with flowers in the studio she is in her own garden growing and tending to them.

Her love for flowers started very young, growing up on a farm in country NSW, she spent much of her time out in the garden with her family, in particular her Granddad. “He would sit me in his wheelbarrow and off we’d go, showing me his fuscias, freesias and abundance of garden roses. He gifted me a rose for my birthday once, a Gina Lollabrigida, the most beautiful scent filled lemon rose I’d ever seen.”

“Living on a farm spending school holidays in the Header harvesting with my dad and picking poppies with my mum, really paved the way for me to land this gig and pursue my creativity with flowers.”
